PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

VALENOVA currently does not offer subscription, recurring purchase, pre-order or other purchase option programs.

All products available through the VALENOVA online store are purchased as one-time purchases unless otherwise stated.

If VALENOVA introduces any purchase option that involves recurring or deferred payments in the future, the applicable terms and cancellation conditions will be provided to customers before purchase.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to consumers under the Australian Consumer Law.
